Our rice uses Fukuoka's brand rice "Yume Tsukushi".This rice is said to have inherited only the good points of both varieties, with Koshihikari, which has an excellent taste, as a father, and Kinuhikari, which is tough, easy to grow, and has a soft texture as a mother.It is highly rated for its lustrous, soft texture and moderate stickiness.
